Evening Walk: West Kennet Longbarrow

Explore the site of the West Kennet Neolithic enclosures and find out about sunset at Silbury Hill. We will explore more of the stories about the landscape, including the springs that feed the River Kennet and the 'cloutie' tree. We will climb to West Kennet long barrow to hear something of the ceremonies that may have taken place there and its place in the Avebury part of the World Heritage Site before returning to our starting point.
