Join folklorist Claire Slack as we explore the folklore of Wiltshire and the wider world through the objects found in our galleries. We'll be sharing stories of magic, folk cures, calendar customs, supernatural creatures, gods and goddesses and more, journeying from prehistoric Wiltshire to modern day Devizes through our archaeological collections.
There will also be an opportunity to visit the Un/Common people: folk culture in Wessex exhibition
Start time 10.30 am and tour lasts approximately 1½ hours.
There are a number of stairs in the building and non-public areas without lift access.
