STEM themed session
-Follow the instructions and work together to build a Stonehenge model
-Find out how the stones were moved and positioned
-Floating/ sinking experiments
-Explore the materials used at Stonehenge
-Materials gallery trail
-build a foamy henge to take away with you
-Chalk drawings
Morning session - 10.30 am to 12.30pm. If you would like you are then welcome to us our lecture room or outdoor area for a picnic and then carry on exploring the rest of the Museum after lunch.
£6.50 per child, one accompanying adult (per child) free. £3 for each additional adult(s) per child.
Ages: 6 to 11, younger siblings welcome
Booking: essential - maximum 12 children per session. Please note: the system may show adult tickets still available, even though all the child tickets have sold)
Refreshments: we do not have an on-site cafe, but you are welcome to bring a packed lunch.
